The name Semai means narrow in Japanese.
The Semai Gallery is a very narrow hallway space made up of two walls,
1050cm (35ft) and 1140cm (38ft) with a height of 210cm (7ft), spanning only 105cm (3.5ft) across, with two smaller walls in the back.
Dimensions
Semai Gallery showcases a wide range of contemporary art within its narrow confines. Our primary aim is vitalization of art community.
We are interested in project proposals from all artists, regardless of age, gender, education, or background.
Semai Gallery is affiliated with the non-profit organization Keepsakes Gallery of Winnipeg, Inc.
